# Xiamen Port Authority: Plans to acquire 70% equity in a terminal company, revision explanation of the restructuring report

Xiamen Port Authority announced that the company plans to issue shares and pay cash to acquire 70% equity of Xiamen Container Terminal Group from Xiamen International Port Authority, and to raise funds from specific targets.
