# TongDa Cable: The actual controller Shi Wanfu has reduced his holdings by 1%

TongDa Cable announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shi Wanfu, reduced his holdings in the company by 5.2574 million shares through centralized bidding on October 17, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. His and the concerted parties' total shareholding ratio decreased from 22.37% to 21.37%. This reduction is part of the "within 3.00%, 15,714,982 shares" reduction plan disclosed on August 5, 2025, which has not yet been fully implemented
