# CDLQ: 7% of the company's shares held by the controlling shareholder's concerted actors will be auctioned off judicially

On October 23, Chengdu Road and Bridge announced that 52,997,000 shares of the company held by Hongyi Jiahua, a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder Dongjun Taida, will be publicly auctioned on the Taobao judicial auction online platform from 10:00 on November 24 to 10:00 on November 25. As of now, Dongjun Taida and Hongyi Jiahua collectively hold 20.56% of the company's shares. If this judicial auction is successfully concluded, their shareholding ratio will be reduced to 13.56%, but it will not lead to a change in the company's control
