# LIVEN: Shareholder Liren Investment reduced its holdings by 0.2007% of the company's shares

LIVEN announced that its shareholder, LIVEN Investment, will reduce its holdings of 147,700 unrestricted circulating shares of the company through centralized bidding from October 21, 2025, to October 23, 2025, accounting for 0.2007% of the company's total share capital and 0.2032% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. After this reduction, LIVEN Investment will hold 5,018,300 shares of the company, accounting for 6.8194% of the company's total share capital and 6.9038% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account
