AGS announced that its shareholder Suzhou Yuansheng Private Fund Management Partnership - Suzhou Industrial Park Xinjian Yuan Phase II Venture Capital Enterprise originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.6227 million shares from July 25 to October 23, 2025. In fact, on July 25, it reduced its holdings by 345,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.4270%, with a transaction price of 76 to 76.6 yuan/share, cashing out 26.4148 million yuan. The reduction plan has expired, and there are still 1.2769 million shares not reduced, with current holdings of 2.888 million shares, accounting for 3.5664%
