# Leysen released its performance for the first three quarters, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 69.09 million yuan, turning a profit from a loss year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Leysen (603900.SH) disclosed its third-quarter report for 2025. The company achieved a revenue of 1.2 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 35.95%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 69.09 million yuan, turning from loss to profit year-on-year; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 81.92 million yuan, also turning from loss to profit year-on-year; the basic earnings per share were 0.20 yuan.

The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.10 yuan per share for the third quarter of 2025, with no bonus shares and no capital reserve conversion into share capital
