# Hundsun: Tongyi Investment has sold 1.0799% of its shares

Hundsun announced that from September 11, 2025, to October 22, 2025, its concerted actor Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. will represent its private equity fund to cumulatively sell 8.11 million shares of Shenzhen YSS Information Technology Co., Ltd., with a sale amount of 179 million yuan, and is expected to achieve a pre-tax profit of 123 million yuan, accounting for 10% of the company's audited net profit for the most recent fiscal year. This sale represents 1.0799% of YSS's total share capital, and after the sale, Hundsun and its concerted actors will hold a total of 89.318 million shares of YSS, accounting for 11.89%
