# "Resumption of Trading" AFFLUENT FDN transfers 75% controlling stake at a price of 0.089 yuan per share

> AFFLUENT FDN announced that its controlling shareholder Oriental Castle will transfer 75% of its equity to Zhou Zhenlin, Chairman of China Wangcheng, involving 900 million shares, with a total consideration of 80 million yuan, at a price of 0.089 yuan per share. Mr. Zhou is required to make a mandatory general offer at a cash price of 0.089 yuan, which represents a discount of 79.06% compared to the price before the suspension. The company's shares will resume trading on Friday (24th)

AFFLUENT FDN (01757.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder Oriental Castle has fully transferred 75% of its equity to the chairman and controlling shareholder of China Netcom (01920.HK), Zhou Zhenlin (the offeror), involving 900 million shares, with a total consideration of HKD 80 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 0.089 per share. Upon completion, Mr. Zhou is required to make a mandatory general offer at a cash price of HKD 0.089 per share, which represents a discount of 79.06% compared to the last closing price before the suspension.

After the deadline, the offeror intends to continue operating the group's existing main business and maintain the company's listing status. The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Friday (24th)
