# SILVER: PPO orders are in a stage of supply exceeding demand

On October 22nd, SILVER stated during an institutional research that due to bottlenecks in the company's production line, although PPO capacity is gradually increasing, it is still limited, and the orders for PPO are currently in a stage of supply not meeting demand. As of now, the company is planning to upgrade the bottleneck parts of the production line based on the existing factory buildings to further enhance capacity. Meanwhile, the company's production base in Zhuhai Gaolan Port has reserved space for the PPO project. The Zhuhai Gaolan Port Chemical Park is a national-level Class A chemical park, and the reserved factory area has a scale of chemical products in the thousand-ton level, which can be gradually expanded in the future according to market demand and the company's actual situation
