> BEISEN HOLDING released its mid-term performance forecast for 2025/2026, expecting revenue to reach between 503.1 million yuan and 526.3 million yuan within the six months ending September 30, 2025, representing a year-on-year growth of 15.2% to 20.5%. Annual recurring revenue is expected to be between 946.7 million yuan and 975.4 million yuan, an increase of 20.8% to 24.4% year-on-year. Adjusted net profit is expected to be between 13.8 million yuan and 23.6 million yuan, marking its first turnaround to profitability

BEISEN HOLDING released its mid-term performance forecast for 2025/2026: For the six months ending September 30, 2025, it is expected to achieve revenue of approximately RMB 503.1 million to RMB 526.3 million, a year-on-year increase of about 15.2% to 20.5%; the annual recurring revenue is expected to be approximately RMB 946.7 million to RMB 975.4 million, an increase of about 20.8% to 24.4% year-on-year, with a subscription revenue retention rate expected to remain high at 104% to 106%; the adjusted net profit is expected to be approximately RMB 13.8 million to RMB 23.6 million, marking its first turnaround to profitability
