# Hong Kong Disneyland Resort announces that Simon Suen has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer

> Hong Kong Disneyland Resort announced that Simon Sze will take over as Chief Executive Officer starting November 23, succeeding Michael Moriarty, who has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Disney Experiences. Simon Sze has served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the past five years, and Alisa Wu stated that his expertise and leadership will be crucial for the expansion of the resort's projects. Meanwhile, Simon Nan will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Finance at Disneyland California starting in January next year

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort announced that with Michael Moriarty appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Disney Experiences, Tim Sypko will take over as Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Disneyland starting November 23. Over the past five years, Sypko has served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Hong Kong Disneyland.

In addition to this leadership update, Lesz Banham will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Finance at Disneyland California starting next January.

Jill Estorino, President and Managing Director of Disney Parks International, stated that Sypko's operational expertise and leadership will play a key role in strengthening existing partnerships and further expanding resort projects. Estorino also thanked Banham for his significant contributions to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and wished him all the best in his new position at Disneyland California
