# To avoid related party transactions, the subsidiary acts as a bridge for contracts and funds with clients? ZJBC: Has applied for a retrial of the related case

ZJBC has experienced a "roller coaster" in performance and stock price, and it still shows poor performance and is entangled in lawsuits. Recently, a judgment from the Beijing Intellectual Property Court obtained by reporters shows that a subsidiary of ZJBC had previously disguised a service agreement with a client to evade related-party transactions. In response, ZJBC stated that its relevant companies "do not have any behavior to evade related-party transactions, nor do they have any disguised service agreements."
