(688538.SH) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation as the sole sponsor. The company had previously submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 23, 2025. According to the prospectus, EDO is a leading manufacturer of AMOLED semiconductor display panels, focusing on the research and production of AMOLED semiconductor display panels that provide extraordinary true colors, excellent visual experiences, and low power consumption. In 2014, EDO became the first company in China to successfully achieve mass production of AMOLED semiconductor display panels with its 4.5-generation AMOLED production line. EDO further expanded its production capacity through its 6th-generation AMOLED production line, achieving mass production in 2019 and successfully expanding into the medium and large-sized AMOLED semiconductor display panel market. Based on sales volume in 2024, EDO ranks second globally in the tablet/laptop computer sector and first in China, with a market share of 63.4% among all domestic manufacturers during the same period; in the automotive display sector, EDO ranks fourth globally and second in China based on sales volume in 2024. EDO has maintained a cooperative relationship with leading Chinese smart terminal device providers for over a decade.
