Tony Tech announced that the company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 will be held on November 3 at 14:00, during which the proposal regarding "Provision for Asset Impairment for the Third Quarter of 2025" will be reviewed. According to accounting standards and company regulations, a provision for inventory impairment loss of 115 million yuan has been made for the first three quarters of 2025, of which 23.9879 million yuan was provided in the third quarter. The provision for various asset impairments in the third quarter of 2025 will reduce the total profit for the quarter by 23.9879 million yuan. This proposal has been approved by the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the sixth meeting of the fourth board of supervisors of the company
