Dayu Irrigation announced that the company previously approved a proposal to provide a guarantee limit of no more than 3.27 billion yuan for financing its subsidiaries in 2025. Recently, the company signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Wuqing Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, providing a joint liability guarantee of 50 million yuan for its subsidiary Tianjin Dayu's credit at the bank, with a guarantee period of 1 year. The company holds 100% equity in Tianjin Dayu. As of the announcement date, the company and its holding subsidiaries have been approved for an external guarantee limit of 4.778 billion yuan, with a total external guarantee amount of 2.883 billion yuan and an actual external guarantee balance of 1.759 billion yuan, with no overdue external guarantee situations
