Dingsheng New Materials announced that to meet the daily operational needs of its overseas subsidiaries, the company provided an international payment guarantee of EUR 1.5773 million to Bank of Communications for European Light Alloys, with a guarantee period until October 13, 2026; and provided a maximum joint guarantee liability of CNY 370 million to Jiangsu Bank for Slim Aluminum, with a guarantee period of three years from the expiration of the debt performance period, with no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, the company and its subsidiaries had a cumulative external guarantee balance of CNY 2,938.5704 million, accounting for 44.06% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantee situations. This guarantee is within the authorized limit of the annual shareholders' meeting
