KRP DEVELOPMENT appoints Fuhui Mazhe as the new auditor

KRP DEVELOPMENT announced that KPMG has resigned as its auditor, effective October 24, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees. The board has decided to appoint RSM as the new auditor, effective from the same date, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KRP DEVELOPMENT (02421) announced that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective October 24, 2025, due to the company's failure to reach a consensus with KPMG on the audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the group for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

The board further announced that, after considering the recommendations of the audit committee, the board resolved to appoint RSM Hong Kong as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy created by KPMG's resignation, effective October 24, 2025, and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
