DZH announced that the company is advancing a merger with XIANGCAI by having XIANGCAI issue A-shares to all A-share shareholders of DZH in exchange for shares, while also raising matching funds. On October 23, 2025, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of XIANGCAI's application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raise matching funds. This transaction still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the consent of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration before it can be officially implemented
