IDREAMSKY has completed the issuance of a total of 236 million shares

According to the announcement from IDREAMSKY (01119), all conditions related to the capitalization agreement and subscription agreement regarding capitalization matters and subscription matters have been met, and the issuance of subscription shares was completed on October 24, 2025. A total of 166 million subscription shares under the capitalization agreement and 69.7756 million subscription shares under the subscription agreement have been successfully issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the capitalization agreement and subscription agreement, respectively. The issue price for the subscription shares under both the capitalization agreement and the subscription agreement is HKD 1.098 per subscription share
