Actions announced that based on confidence in the company's development, Ye Yiting intends to acquire 100% equity of Peng Gao Enterprise held by Ye Jiawen and others through Hongxun. On October 23, 2025, both parties signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement." After the transfer is completed, Ye Yiting's indirect shareholding will increase from 6.39% to 10.21%, and Ye Jiawen and others will no longer hold indirect shares, reducing the actual controller of the company. This is an internal family equity structure adjustment and will not affect the company's operational independence and production operations
