# Bide Science and Technology: The transfer of 56,167,200 shares by the controlling shareholder and concerted parties has been completed

Bide Science and Technology announced that the company's actual controllers Wang Jianqun, Liu Ying, and their concerted actors Wang Kai, Wang Jianping, and Li Biyu have agreed to transfer 56,167,150 shares to Dinglong Qishun, accounting for 29.90% of the total share capital, with the transfer completed on October 23, 2025. After this transfer, Wang Jianqun remains the controlling shareholder, and Wang Jianqun and Liu Ying continue to be the actual controllers. Dinglong Qishun has committed not to transfer shares within 18 months. This transaction does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer and does not affect the normal operation of the company
