# Minmetals Capital: Minmetals Securities has accrued an estimated liability of 210 million yuan

Minmetals Capital announced that its subsidiary Minmetals Securities, as the sponsor and lead underwriter for Shenzhen Guangdao Digital Technology Co., Ltd., plans to establish a special fund for advance compensation for investment losses of qualified investors. To this end, Minmetals Securities has made a provision for related estimated liabilities based on the principle of prudence, amounting to 210 million yuan. This liability will be adjusted according to the amount contributed by Minmetals Securities to the special fund and the compensation needs. This provision for estimated liabilities will reduce the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in 2025 and will correspondingly reduce the company's net assets. However, the company's financial condition is currently stable, and this provision for estimated liabilities will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's normal operations and debt repayment capacity
