GW COMPOS announced that its controlling shareholder Weihai GW Group Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by a total of 2.3712 million shares through centralized bidding on October 23, 2025, decreasing its shareholding ratio from 37.2455% to 36.9603%, a reduction of 0.2852%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This change in equity will not result in a change of control of the company
