Dareway announced that on October 24, 2025, the actual controller Shandong University, Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the transferee Shandong High-speed Group, and the transferor Shanda Capital signed the "Free Transfer Agreement," under which Shanda Capital will transfer its 24.59% stake in the company to Shandong High-speed Group without compensation.
