# UBOX ONLINE recommends implementing full circulation of H shares and filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UBOX ONLINE (02429) announced that the company has submitted a filing application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 24, 2025, regarding the proposed implementation of full circulation of H shares, aiming to convert a total of 40,671,930 domestic shares into H shares on a one-to-one basis. Upon completion of all filing requirements (including filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission) and obtaining all relevant approvals (including the Stock Exchange's approval for conversion and listing) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, 40,671,930 domestic shares will be converted into 40,671,930 H shares and will be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange
