# CETC Digital: Two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company

CETC Digital announced that Mr. Hou Zhiping, the company's deputy general manager and board secretary, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 48,300 shares, which is no more than 0.0071% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding on the secondary market within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, due to repayment of financing for exercising equity incentives. Mr. Ma Zhuang, the deputy general manager, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 24,400 shares, which is no more than 0.0036% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding on the secondary market within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, due to personal funding needs
