On October 24th, QIFAN announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhou Gonghua intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 12.387 million shares of the company through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 3% of the total shares of the company. Shareholder Beijing Lifu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.0645 million shares of the company through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 0.5% of the total shares of the company
