# JIADING INTL GP plans to issue a rights offering at a discount of 38.78% based on "2 for 1," with a maximum net raise of approximately HKD 6.2 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIADING INTL GP (08153) has proposed to issue 11,555,058 rights shares on a "2 for 1" basis, with each rights share priced at HKD 0.60, representing a discount of 38.78% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.98 per share reported on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange. The total amount to be raised is approximately HKD 6.93 million.

The net proceeds from the rights issue are expected to be approximately HKD 6.2 million, which will be used for general operations of its advertising business and general working capital of the group
