# Cre8 Direct: Plans to invest 50 million yuan to establish a 500 million yuan investment fund

Cre8 Direct announced that the company plans to participate as a limited partner with its own funds of 50 million yuan to establish the Ningbo Black Ant No. 4 Equity Investment Partnership, with a target scale of 500 million yuan. The expected contribution ratio is 10%, not exceeding 50%. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting. On October 24, 2025, the company signed a partnership agreement with Xiamen Yidaihong and Xiamen Yidaisheng, while the related party Ningbo Cultural Tourism Exhibition Group has not yet signed. The investment aims to deepen the integration of industry and capital, but there are risks such as failure to file and returns not meeting expectations, and the cooperating entities will not be included in the consolidated financial statements
