\*ST JINKE announced that the company plans to cancel 45.35 million repurchased shares, including 8.29 million restricted stocks for 39 incentive targets and 37.06 million publicly held shares. After the cancellation, the company's total share capital will decrease from 10.634 billion shares to 10.589 billion shares, and the registered capital will also be reduced accordingly.
