# DELONG CO-ENERGY: Plans to transfer 29.64% of its shares to Dongyang Nuoxin Xincai Enterprise Management Partnership

DELONG CO-ENERGY announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Dingxin Ruitong Technology Development Co., Ltd., has signed a "Letter of Intent for Share Transfer" with Dongyang Noxin Core Material Enterprise Management Partnership, intending to transfer its 29.64% stake to Dongyang Noxin Core Material Enterprise Management Partnership. This transaction still requires further negotiation and agreement among the parties involved, and the specific details will be subject to the formal agreement signed. If the transaction is implemented, the company will undergo a change in control, but it will not affect normal production and operations
