# North Copper: Change in Shareholders' Equity, Shanxi Coking Coal Salt Chemical 7.40% Shares Transferred to Coking Coal Group

North Copper announced that there has been a change in the upper shareholders of Shanxi Coking Coal Yuncheng Salt Chemical Group Co., Ltd., with its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shan Jiao Yan Hua, transferring 51% of its equity to Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. for free. Before this equity transfer, Shan Jiao Yan Hua held 7.40% of North Copper's shares, and after the transfer is completed, Coking Coal Group will control 7.40% of North Copper's shares through Shan Jiao Yan Hua. Coking Coal Group holds 85.1324% of Shan Jiao Yan Hua's equity, becoming the controlling shareholder of Shan Jiao Yan Hua, while Shanxi Yun Times no longer holds any equity in Shan Jiao Yan Hua. This equity transfer does not trigger a tender offer, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have not changed
