# CHUANGLIAN HOLD plans to implement a share consolidation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHUANGLIAN HOLD (02371) announced that the board of directors proposed to implement a share consolidation based on the existing shares of the company, merging every 10 shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HKD 0.1.

The board of directors proposed that after the share consolidation takes effect, the trading unit on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from 4,000 existing shares to 8,000 consolidated shares
