# FE HLDGS INTL: The Listing Committee has decided to maintain the suspension of the company's shares trading

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FE HLDGS INTL (00036) announced that on October 24, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, notifying the company that the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange decided, after considering all documents submitted by the company and the Listing Division (including written and oral submissions), that the company failed to maintain the sufficient operational level and sufficient value of assets required to support its operations as stipulated in Listing Rule 13.24, to ensure that its shares could continue to be listed. Therefore, the Listing Committee decided to uphold the decision made by the Listing Division to suspend the trading of the company's shares under Rule 6.01(3). The company is currently reviewing the Listing Committee's decision and conducting internal discussions, and will consider whether to request that the Listing Committee's decision be submitted for review by the Listing Review Committee
