# MINDTELL TECH plans to issue convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 28.6 million to executive director Zhang Rongxuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that on October 24, 2025, the company plans to issue convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 28.6 million to executive director Mr. Zhang Rongxuan. The conversion price for each share is HKD 0.550, representing a discount of approximately 17.9% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.670 per share on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange.

Approximately 60% of the net proceeds will be primarily invested in hardware to enhance the group's existing capabilities and help provide automated solutions for different industries; 20% will be used to expand the workforce by recruiting software developers and professional affiliates, as well as providing incentives to retain talent; 20% will be used to support daily operations and other integration costs
