Developed by an inventor from Rexburg, Idaho, this environmentally safe process utilizes reverse osmosis to desalinate tidal salt water, producing clean drinking water while recapturing energy. The design aims to enhance the efficiency of desalination plants and is suitable for governmental and water utility markets. The invention is available for licensing or sale to manufacturers and marketers. , /PRNewswire/ -- "I thought there should be a way to combine tidal energy recovery with an ocean water desalination system," said an inventor, from Rexburg, Idaho, "so I invented the TIDE POOL DESALINATION.
