> RIZHAO PORT JR announced that, to date, its controlling shareholder RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. has acquired 44 million H shares of the company through block trades in the open market, with an average price of RMB 0.798 per share, for a total consideration of approximately RMB 35.11 million. After the increase, RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. holds a total of 884 million shares, accounting for 53.25% of the company's total share capital
