According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DU DU HLDGS (08250) announced that from July 29, 2025, to October 24, 2025, the company, through its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Yue Sheng, conducted a series of on-market transactions and sold a total of 272,500 shares of BAIRONG-W (accounting for approximately 0.058% of the total issued BAIRONG-W shares as of the date of this announcement), at an average price of HKD 9.16 to HKD 11.21 per share, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 2.84 million (excluding transaction costs)
