# JINTAI ENERGY H: Chen Junxuan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative

According to the announcement from JINTAI ENERGY H (02728), Mr. Ye Sheng will no longer serve as the company secretary and authorized representative as defined by Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) starting from October 27, 2025.

After Mr. Ye's resignation, the board is pleased to announce that Mr. Chen Junxuan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective October 27, 2025
