HFM announced that its shareholder Hefei Construction Investment Holding Co., Ltd. holds 25.5691 million shares, accounting for 5.17%. It previously disclosed on July 7, 2025, a plan to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.9441 million shares within 90 days through centralized bidding. As of October 25, 2025, this shareholder has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 848,400 shares during the period from July 28, 2025, to October 25, 2025, accounting for 0.17%, with a transaction price of 16.03 to 16.3 yuan/share, cashing out 13.7119 million yuan; it currently holds 24.7207 million shares, accounting for 5.00%, and this reduction plan has been completed
