# SHINRY: Termination of Yancheng Supercharging Project

SHINRY announced that the company held a board meeting on October 24, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to terminate the cooperation on the Yancheng project, agreeing to terminate the "Project Cooperation Agreement" signed with Yancheng City Chengnan New District Development and Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The original cooperative investment project overview was for both parties to jointly register a joint venture company with a registered capital of 132 million yuan and invest 360 million yuan in the supercharging project. The reason for termination is that both parties' strategic investment plans have changed, and the project has not progressed as agreed. The termination of the cooperation will not have a significant impact on the company's existing business and production operations, nor will it adversely affect the company's performance and financial condition
