# FOUNDER MOTOR: Plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary with an investment of 50 million yuan

Founder Motor announced that the company will hold the 28th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on October 27, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for external investment to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary. Founder Motor plans to invest RMB 50 million in cash to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, temporarily named Deqing Founder Smart Drive Application Technology Co., Ltd., subject to final approval by the market supervision and administration department. The registered capital of the subsidiary is RMB 50 million, and the legal representative is Niu Mingkui. The business scope includes testing services, mechanical equipment research and development, information system integration services, technical services, technology development, technology consulting, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, as well as technology import and export, and import and export agency
