# Etrol: Shenzhen High-tech Investment has reduced its holdings by 0.34%

Etrol announced that the reduction plan for shareholders holding more than 5% of shares, Shenzhen High-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd., is from July 25, 2025, to October 24, 2025. It originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 46.913 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. As of October 24, 2025, High-tech Investment has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 5.375 million shares through centralized bidding from September 1 to September 17, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 0.34% and an average reduction price of 3.31 yuan/share. After the reduction, its holdings are 219 million shares, accounting for 14.01%. This reduction plan has been completed
