# Richful: Plans to establish a joint venture company in Saudi Arabia with an investment of USD 246 million

Richful announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Richful Hong Kong plans to establish a joint venture company, Richful Farabi, with Farabi Downstream Company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, to build a production base serving markets in the Middle East, Africa, India, and others. The total investment is expected to be approximately USD 246 million, with the first phase of construction investment estimated at USD 127 million. The production base will provide competitive lubricant additive products for regional customers or other Western geographical or global TOP customers
