# ZFGF: Jointly invested 10 million yuan with Leju Robotics to establish a joint venture company

ZFGF announced that on October 27, 2025, it signed an investment agreement with Leju Robotics regarding the establishment of a joint venture company, Zhejiang Zhaoju Intelligent Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 10 million, of which ZFGF contributes RMB 8 million, accounting for 80% of the registered capital; Leju Robotics contributes RMB 2 million, accounting for 20% of the registered capital. The main business of the joint venture includes the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of key components for robots, as well as the joint development of embodied intelligent robots for mechanical manufacturing and automotive parts manufacturing scenarios
