Cvicse Middleware announced that from September 5 to October 23, 2025, shareholder Beijing Huasoft Innovation Investment Partnership and its concerted actor Wu Jinyang reduced their holdings in the company by 1.1476 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.3493% of the total shares. After this equity change, the two parties hold a total of 4.2524 million shares, representing 4.9998% of the total share capital, reaching the 5% threshold. This reduction is part of the previously disclosed reduction plan, does not trigger a mandatory bid, will not lead to a change in the company's actual controller, and will not have a significant impact on the company's operations, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
