# GOLDCUP: Subsidiary obtains property registration certificate for Czech factory

GOLDCUP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Gold Cup Toly Europe Electromagnetic Wires.r.o. signed a Purchase Agreement with the Czech company Solwings.r.o. to purchase its factory located in Planá, Czech Republic for €2.996 million. Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has fulfilled all obligations defined in the Purchase Agreement with the Czech company Solwings.r.o. and completed all procedures for the transfer of ownership of the factory, officially obtaining the property registration certificate issued by the Plzeňský Region Land Registry Office in Tachov, Czech Republic, becoming the sole owner of the factory
