> According to the announcement from S-ENJOY SERVICE, starting from October 27, 2025: Mr. Wang Xiaosong resigns as a non-executive director; Mr. Lü Xiaoping resigns as a non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Lu Zhongming resigns as a non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the audit committee; Mr. Qi Xiaoming is appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Jiang Xuzhi is appointed as a member of the audit committee

According to the announcement from New Town Joy Service (01755), starting from October 27, 2025: Mr. Wang Xiaosong resigns as a non-executive director; Mr. Lv Xiaoping resigns as a non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Lu Zhongming resigns as a non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee; Mr. Qi Xiaoming is appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Jiang Xuzhi is appointed as a member of the audit committee
