# HEC: Plans to purchase 51.0019% equity of Jiaokong Petrochemical held by Jiaoshang Group for cash of 46.6751 million yuan

HEC announced that the company intends to purchase a 51.0019% equity stake in Jiaokong Petrochemical held by Jiaoshang Group for cash, with a transaction price of 46.6751 million yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, Jiaokong Petrochemical will become a controlling subsidiary of the listed company
