# SANY HEAVY IND: The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 52.93 times, with a net fundraising of approximately HKD 13.307 billion from the global offering

> SANY HEAVY IND announced its global offering of 632 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering receiving 52.93 times subscription and the international offering receiving 13.96 times subscription. The final offer price was HKD 21.30 per share, with net proceeds from the global offering approximately HKD 13.307 billion. H shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on October 28, 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANY HEAVY IND (06031) announced the allocation results, with the company globally offering 632 million H shares, of which 9.19% is for public sale in Hong Kong and 90.81% for international sale. The final offering price is HKD 21.30 per share, with net proceeds from the global offering approximately HKD 13.307 billion. Each lot consists of 200 shares, and assuming the global offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 AM on October 28, 2025 (Hong Kong time), H shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on October 28, 2025 (Hong Kong time).
